Refund policy

All Saturday Sorrows products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color selection, or change of mind.

Please review the product size guide carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will work with our fulfillment partner to provide an appropriate replacement or refund when applicable.

Because orders enter production shortly after being placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once production has begun.
